Every project starts with a plan and ends with a deliverable. 4myprojects gives you the structure — a Kanban board for daily flow, a timeline and milestones for the calendar, sprints with burndown and velocity, worklogs for the reality of hours, plus a health score and a risk level computed from your project data. It is part of the 4b2b ecosystem: the same account and the same billing as 4mystaff, 4mycontracts or 4invoices — but each one stays a separate product you open when you need it.
Timeline and milestones
Project milestones, sprint start and end dates and task deadlines, gathered on one time axis. You add and remove milestones, and edit dates from the form.
Backlog and dependencies
Anything not in a sprint stays in the backlog, ready to plan. Between tasks you set blocks / blocked-by dependencies, and subtasks keep the hierarchy.
Time tracking and reports
Log hours per task, and the project time report totals them per member and per task. Real data for your next estimate and for the conversation with the client.
