4myprojects isn't an island. It runs inside the same ecosystem as 4mystaff (teams), 4notify (messaging), 4mycontracts (documents) and 4invoices (billing). One 4b2b account, unified permissions, and subscriptions paid in one place.
In 4b2b each module covers one part of the same business flow: project execution lives in 4myprojects, people in 4mystaff, messaging in 4notify, documents in 4mycontracts and billing in 4invoices. The account, the users and the permissions are shared, and subscriptions are paid in one place. Below — what each ecosystem brand covers around your projects.
Plans, tasks, milestones, Gantt and Kanban. This is where day-to-day project execution lives: backlog, sprints with burndown and velocity, task dependencies, time logging and an activity trail.
4myprojects.net →Team availability and shift planning (4mystaff), HR documents and payroll (4softhr). In 4myprojects you track project resources and team workload separately.
4mystaff.net →Email, SMS, WhatsApp and push to clients and the team, set up and sent from 4notify. Messaging lives there, on the same 4b2b account; 4myprojects keeps the tasks, sprints and activity trail.
4notify.net →Templates, approvals and digital signatures for project contracts and SLAs. Documents and their versions live in 4mycontracts, while 4myprojects keeps the delivery tasks and milestones.
4mycontracts.net →Stage billing, recurring invoices and Stripe payment links. Close the milestone in 4myprojects, then issue the invoice for that stage in 4invoices, on the same account.
4invoices.net →One 4b2b account, unified permissions, centralized billing. Add brands as you need them.
