Send SMS and WhatsApp to your team or your clients from one place. A separate product from 4myprojects: you send the message, not a project event.
A project without communication is a project full of surprises. 4notify is the messaging product of the 4b2b ecosystem: message templates, recipient lists and sending over SMS or WhatsApp. Worth being clear about: 4myprojects sends nothing to 4notify — there are no notifications triggered by an approaching deadline or a blocked task. In 4myprojects the figures are there to read in the panel; in 4notify you write and send the message yourself.
Message templates
Pre-written text for the situations you repeat, editable from the panel. You pick one when sending — they never fire by themselves from another product.
Replies and opt-out
SMS replies are read and classified deterministically: a STOP means unsubscribe. Lists stay clean without manual work.
Same account, distinct products
4notify and 4myprojects open from the same 4b2b account, with the same subscription billing. They stay independent, though: no project event leaves as a message on its own.
