Issue the invoice for the phase you delivered, with the figures you enter. A separate product from 4myprojects, in the same ecosystem.
A project's cashflow depends on how fast you issue the invoice after delivery. 4invoices is the billing product of the 4b2b ecosystem — invoices, e-invoicing, online payment. It does not pull data from 4myprojects on its own: there you see the closed milestones and the time report per member and per task, then you enter the amounts on the invoice. Same account, same subscription billing, distinct products.
Billing for hours worked
The time report in 4myprojects totals hours per member and per task. You carry them onto the invoice at the rates you set in 4invoices.
Online payment
A payment link on the invoice. The client pays by card, and the invoice is marked as paid in 4invoices.
Recurring invoices
Monthly retainer, maintenance subscription or licence — configure it once and the invoice is issued on the set date.
