Contracts and projects usually live in separate places — one in Drive, the other in your PM tool. 4mycontracts gives contracts a place of their own: the service agreement, the delivery terms and the SLA sit together, with history and versions. There is no automatic link to the project in 4myprojects — the two open from the same 4b2b account, and matching a contract to a project is something you do yourself, by name or by contract number.
Digital signature
Send a signing link, track status (viewed / signed / expired), download the signed PDF. No printing, no scanning.
Approval workflows
Contracts go through internal approval chains before reaching the client. Manager → Legal → Finance, in the order you configure.
Renewal and versions
Keep an eye on expiry dates, generate the renewal addendum and keep the archive fully versioned, all in one place.
