You create the project, which gets a key such as PRJ-142, configure statuses, priorities, labels and issue types from the panel, then add your team and build the backlog. No developer needed.

There are four plans by team size: 5, 10, 20 or 40 users, at 1, 2, 4 or 8 EUR per month. Prices are in euro; an account from Romania pays in lei at the BNR rate of the day plus 5 %. Every feature is included in every plan. The first 6 months are free, with no card and no yearly commitment.

No. There is no file import, connector or field mapping. You rebuild your structure directly in the platform: projects, statuses, backlog and sprints. Starting with a pilot project helps.

Kanban board, backlog, sprints, the project timeline with milestones, team workload and a “My work” page, plus the reports pages. There is no list or calendar view.

You start a sprint, work on the board and close it when it is done; each project has at most one active sprint. When closing, you choose where unfinished tasks go. Burndown and velocity are calculated from story points and from when tasks reach a done status.

Yes, with “blocks / blocked by” dependencies (finish-to-start). The platform does not compute a critical path and does not reschedule dates automatically when a task slips.

You log time directly on the task, in minutes, with a date and a note. The time report shows hours per project and per member. There is no timer, no timesheet approval, no hourly rates and no per-client costing.

A health score from 0 to 100, a risk level (low, medium, high), the number of overdue, blocked and due-in-7-days tasks, and a budget overrun risk. They are computed with fixed rules from the project data, not by an AI model. Recommendations and the status summary are shown in English.

No. 4myprojects does not send email, push or in-app notifications. Changes show up in the project activity log and in the task comments.

No. There is no file export and no public API for customers. Reports, charts and indicators are read in the panel.

No. 4myprojects has no connectors to external tools. Everything — tasks, sprints, milestones, time logs — lives in the same platform.

All members of the company account. Data is strictly isolated per company account, but there are no per-project access roles and no external guest accounts.

The activity log records the author, the action and the moment of every change. Tasks, comments, time logs and projects can however be deleted, and what you delete is gone from the platform.
